How art thou dear friends? I've got LOTS to update. Stuff since last Monday actually. Blame it on the weatherman laziness after I get home from work (I was thinking of the song by B*Witched haha). So yes prepare yourself for a rather long post!

Last Monday I was doing my usual lazing around the house, watching TV when it suddenly started raining and then it became louder like something other than rain drops were falling and I looked out into the garden and saw hail! The whole garden area was white and it looked like snow! So preedy. Haha so when it stopped I went out to take a closer look and took pictures.

So cute right? Kinda reminds of that ice cream balls they used to sell in Singapore that came in cups. Ice melts or something like that. So anyhoos, the next few days were work as usual. Got "promoted" to the outside and did waitressing for a while. Was in and out the kitchen helping here and helping there. Besides that, met up with Ian to settle a little craving for Fish & Chips @ Cicerello's and had some BB. Shioks. Ice cream in cold weather. Haha.

Anyhoos, other than that, was busy preparing for the Black and White Masquerade Murder Mystery Night (our orientation event for South and North Zone to invite the freshies). It was on Saturday and I was there early with the comm. setting up and doing up the deco. I didn't take pics of all the hard work before it was all torn down at the end of the night! Ahh!! Nvm.. make do with the more pro shots taken by Nona and Beng (JoelNeo). I wasn't really mingling around and all that night 'cos I was busy in the kitchen helping Esther prepare the food. But still it was nice to see everyone make the effort to dress up and I think everyone else had fun so I'm happy with that! :) Kudos to the comm. and all the other people who came down early to help set up and clear up after. You guys are the best! :)

Went for dinner after with the cellies (minus Cliffy who was on the hunt for the lost key which was found in the hands of Amos, who gave us all a scare!) to Nicholson Bar & Grill and phwoar! The food was shioks! Sorry no pics though 'cos I was too hungry to take.. and too busy talking. Haha. See I'm good, spare you guys from salivating.

Anyhoos, yesterday was church and guess who I saw in church! Persis! Haha and she was sitting in front of me. How coincidental is that! Caught up with her a bit then I had to run out to settle some stuff. Another CMMer in FCC. And talking about CMM. Was talking to that Tan Tak Wei Wei Wei last night and he sent me this photo from AGES ago.

Oh my gosh. Haha seeing this brings back memories, and boy and I glad my hair isn't like that anymore. Haha. Anyhoos, besides that, yesterday I got several SMSes from my one and only TinaTeo aka JojoTeo teling me how my Nicholas Teo looks as cute in person as on TV. Haha man! If I was in Singapore I would have been there at the autograph signing session with her and at the concert with her tonight! Boohoo.. Haha the only other time I ever felt like this over a celebrity was in Secondary School! And I went to see The Moffatts with Ling. Haha. Oh my gosh! What's happening to me!! Haha. Anyhoos, she took some pics for me and a video. She's going to take more for me tonight at the concert.. haha. So yes share with you my eye candy.

And another thing! My com's sound card is working already!! Woohoo!! I'm good. Okay! That's all from me! Haha. Long enough an entry yes? Ok time to eat! Hungry! :D

I left my MSN on this afternoon while I was having lunch and charles_ng msged me with this link. It's just disgusting lah! I then showed my mother the news article and she told me it was covered on the news a few days ago. How can they actually substitute meat with cardboard! That's just gross.. and soaking it in caustic soda? That's just wrong lah. Sheesh man. This is the reason why I'm a little apprehensive about buying food from roadside stores when I go traveling. You never know what they put inside! Haha but what amused me was the msg WJ left with the link.

"I guess chinese eat almost everything. and now we all know why those china chinese in singapore like to collect cardboard.."

Wahaha. Jialat man he! :p But anyways, I just showed Ian that link and he told me that he watched on a documentary about 2 other things they do in China.. 

First one is about coke..
"they just take old coke bottles, fill up with dark coloured water flavoured with cola, blow bubbles into it, and cap and sell"

And the next about fa cai (that black hair looking thing people normally eat during CNY haha)..
"they took hair, boil till soft, dry it, den dye it black again"

I am so not eating stuff from roadside stalls in China man!! Thank goodness I don't like to drink Coke and I don't even eat that vegetable!

Okay, on to more pleasant stuff.. Haha. I watched finish 爱情合约 (Love Contract) today and boy was it a disappointment. The story is already pretty slow and boring, although it does have some good parts. But the ending was just baaaddd!! Seriously. I don't know to be happy or sad. Haha watch it if you want to, but I think you're better off watching other shows man. Haha. Somehow all the shows I'm watching after 微笑 Pasta just doesn't seem to be as exciting 'cos not every episode has something big happen. Or maybe I'm just biased.. Haha but it seems that way with the boi too. He gave up on ISWAK and is watching Devil Beside You now. Haha. 

Oh yes! That day I was talking to Dag-ge after a very very very very very very (you get the drift) long time and she went to read my DJ and reminded me of SLeague. Ah.. the good/bad old days! Haha and she sent me this!
